Choose your appointment
Tell us what you need before choosing an appointment. We confirm document eligibility, identification requirements, availability, and fees first.

For eligible documents, RON uses an online video session with identity verification. This can be useful when you are away from Miami or unable to meet in person. Availability depends on the document, signer location, and applicable requirements.
Business and personal documents
You can inquire about affidavits and sworn statements, acknowledgments and jurats, contracts and agreements, and construction-related documents. We review the requested notarization and any instructions from the receiving organization before arranging the appointment.
Notary services are available as a separate appointment; you do not need a bookkeeping engagement. For recurring financial records, see our monthly bookkeeping service.
Notarization does not replace legal advice or document preparation. Questions about a document’s terms or the notarial act it needs should be directed to the receiving organization or your legal advisor.
Before the appointment
Email the document type, number of signers, location, deadline, and preferred in-person or online option. Keep the initial inquiry general.
We discuss availability, the requested notarization, identification and witness requirements where applicable, and the appointment quote.
Follow the instructions agreed for your appointment. For an online session, we also discuss the technology and identity verification steps you will need to complete.
